Third cleanup action: route team and waste removal
The third action tested a route team, bag transport, and coordination of more volunteers in an open public area.
The third cleanup was organized as a route team. Volunteers covered a defined section, collected waste, and moved it to gathering points. The experience helps AxioRiza design larger actions without losing control, safety, or quality of public communication.
How it was organized
- Need and available resources were recorded before the action.
- Volunteer and transport coordination was handled with respect for privacy.
- Public communication stays at outcome level, without exposing families or personal data.
- Internal records are kept for transparency and future reporting.
